CoonFunny respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
1. Data We Collect
- Access logs: IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps of pages you visit (retained up to 90 days for security)
- Account data (if you register): email, password hash, display name, uploaded content
- Cookies: session identifier, age-gate acknowledgement, preference cookies
- Payment data (if applicable): processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store card details
2. How We Use Your Data
- To operate the Site (login, video playback, search)
- To prevent abuse, fraud, and illegal use
- To comply with legal obligations (DMCA, 2257, tax)
- To improve the Site (aggregated analytics, no per-user tracking outside our own tools)
3. Third Parties
We share limited data with:
- CDN / Storage: Backblaze B2 hosts video files (they see only file requests)
- Analytics: our own KinMetric tracker (no third-party ad networks by default)
- Advertisers: if you click an ad, the advertiser receives your IP and user agent
- Law enforcement: only on receipt of a valid legal request
4. Cookies
We use only essential cookies. Third-party trackers (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel etc.) are not loaded by default. If you enable advertising, ad networks may set their own cookies - see their policies.
5. Your Rights
You may:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Ask us to delete your account and all associated data
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Withdraw consent for optional data processing

6. Data Retention
Access logs: 90 days. Account data: until you delete your account, then 30 days for legal recovery. Uploaded content: until removed by you or the site.
7. International Users
The Site is operated from the Netherlands and hosted on EU/US infrastructure. By using the Site, you consent to your data being processed in these jurisdictions.
8. Children
The Site is for adults 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor's data was submitted, contact us immediately.
